Amber Folio does not include the games: you bring your own copy, and they are still sold today on GOG and Steam.

Built for these games
Not a general-purpose PC emulator with a settings file, but a machine made for exactly what the Gold Box games need. The program you bought runs on it unchanged, so every rule and quirk is the one from 1988 — how it works.
Enhancements built in, not bolted on
An automap, the journal on the game’s own screen, a rest that heals the party in one command, and an easier-to-read font for the game’s text. Each is part of the game’s screen, reached through its own commands, and none changes the story, the rules or the challenge — enhancements.
The way it looked
These games were drawn for a tube. The CRT filter draws them through a colour monitor’s mask and scanlines, and the footsteps and fights play on the Tandy 1000’s sound chip, as the game drives it.
Nothing to install, nothing uploaded
Open a page and hand over your game folder, once: your copy and your saves are kept in your browser for next time and never leave it. There is no account, and the site sets no cookies. Paste a Dropbox link to the folder to play on another computer too.
Saves that travel
Export a saved game as a zip that unpacks straight into a GOG or DOSBox install, or bring saves in from one. Your party is never locked in here.
